Last Steam on Norfolk Division - maybe

The 1214 is shown retired at Shaffers Crossing on August 21, 1959. I 
know Link shot his "Highball for the Double Header" on April 18, 1959. 
After I get copies of Gordon's dispatchments by terminal, I'll do some 
further digging in the other files.
