Tug Boats

I am collecting material for an article on N&W and Virginian tugboats.  This includes early N&W RR steam tugs, N&W Detroit River tugs, and a N&W/NS Ohio river tug as well as the Virginian W. R. Coe, which became the R. B. Claytor on the N&W and the Karen Tibbetts and the Ethel Tibbetts in Boston Harbor.
