Convention Safety Rules for NS

Here's a suggestion for 2006 and future NWHS events which may include a  shop 
tour of railroad facilities:  include the safety requirements with the  
registration materials.  The information for the Williamson tour came in an  e-mail 
dated June 22.  By that date, I and probably others were already on  the 
road.  Thanks to NS for having extra gear for those who needed it for  the tour.
