Notes from Locomotive Cyclopedia Vol.II

The Locomotive Cyclopedia Vol. II arrived this past week. Another excellent 
book from Hundman Publishing. 

A couple of things to note.;
1) On page 242 regarding the PRR T-1, Bert Pennypacker writes "Pennsy tried 
to unload both the T-1 and Q-2 duplexes onto the steam-conscious (at that time) 
Norfolk and Western, but the two demonstrators were quickly returned".

Any comments? Where was the Q-2 tested?

2) Look at the section on the Y3. Check out the damage done to the low 
pressure cylinders in several picture. Looks like they were playing somewhere that 
they shouldn't.
