Though it was a "Union Station" in that it served more than one railroad, I believe its actual name was "Norfolk Terminal Station," according to the Kirn Library's material.

Neil,
I can only refer you to Amy Waters Yarsinske's excellent 1994 book "Norfolk, Virginia: The Sunrise City by the Sea - A tribute to photographer Carroll H. Walker, Sr." pp. 86-87. Three photos of Norfolk's Union station: 1911 - under construction, 1915 - interior, and 1963 - demolition. I'm sure many others exist. Contact the librarian at the Sergeant(?) Memorial Room (local history) in the Kirn Library in Downtown Norfolk.

Do any photos of this station exist ? If so, I would like to add them to my collection.
