NS GP38 2805

Hello folks.  I've got a question.  I was sifting through the thousands of photos I took in the 1990's and found a photo of NS GP38 2805 sublettered AGS.  I also found in Bob and Paul's book where it was retired twelve years ago.  Can any of you tell me why it was retired, and how it was dispositioned?
