Although the topic was N&W roundhouses, the Virginian's yard at Princeton held a
surprising twist - a straight house with a sliding or rolling bridge to go from stall to stall.
I don't remember when it was, pre-2000, when I had some time to see what there was
at the Princeton yard. Finding the gate unlocked (courtesy I discovered later of the
Princeton water dept.) I looked around the yard area.
It was fascinating to discover this variation of the roundhouse having no idea of it prior
to seeing it. I don't know what's left of anything there. It was all too apparent vandals
had done a lot of damage to the yard and its remaining buildings.
