Frank:
Dunlow (West Virginia) was on the Twelve Pole Line of the
Scioto Division - 53.4 mi. from East Williamson.  The
Twelve Pole Line was abandoned about 1935.
 
Leckie - may have reference to Leckieville, Ky.  That's
on a branch that's off the Pond Creek Branch.  It's
across the Tug River from Williamson. No mile post on the track  chart.
 
New River Depot - MAY be the Civil War reference to the present
New River, VA.  - 2.20 mi. west of present day Radford.  Might  add
that at one time there was a connection between the old main line  to
Belspring and the Bristol line that was on the Bristol side of the
New River.  The station where the operator was located was  several
tenths of a mile east of where the present-day New River is located,
apparently at the junction of the connection.
