Frank,
Do not have a station list.
My earliest Off. Register of Passenger Train Equipment is No. 19 of 1954. 
It lists Postal cars "MA" (A.A.R. Mech. Desig.) Nos. 90-98.  These same cars 
remained on the roster through Register No. 28 of Mar. 1963.
Were you interested in the other mail cars, i.e., storage, baggage & mail?
