Mike,

That cab may be leaving Roanoke tonight, or early Wed. morning.  A cab was 
placed on the rear of the Roanoke-Radford local when it was built tonight. 
I didn't think much about it at the time.  Although I don't remember the 
number, it was a C31, with the newer "555" number.
