In the Thursday Morning Richmond paper, there was an article about "Sissy" 
Bailey filing a counterclaim asking the court to order town officials and the 
public to stay off the railroad land she says she owns. She says she has always 
paid real estate taxes on the property beneath the railroad so she is the 
owner. She is also asking the judge to dismiss the town lawsuit and order the town 
to pay her attorney fees.
