Ford closing Norfolk Assembly Plant

Hate to see Ford leave.  They gave us a terrific tour a while back.
 
I see in the Roanoke Times website, Toyota is looking at some sites for a
truck plant.  Maybe they should consider Norfolk?

It was served totally by the Norfolk and Portsmouth Belt Line (N&PBL), who
delivered cars in interchange to NS and CSX.  N&PBL is jointly/ equally
owned by NS and CSX.  Still around and usually does very well annually in
the Harriman safety awards.
