General Mahone and Extar Billy

It has been my understanding that "Extra Billy" was William Smith, the man  
who was Virginia's governor at the end of the Civil War, 1864-1865. "Extra  
Billy" was affectionately called that because he seldom could pass up extra  
servings at a meal.  His grave is in Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond.
 
Was Mahone also known as "Extra Billy?"
