Wig-wags

Seems like I saw wig-wags in Shepherdstown, WV & in Luray, VA (years ago) - 
hopefully Mason Cooper or Rick Morrison have photos in their collections.

These signals  were also  used  at the south end of Vardo yard many years ago.
