    There is probably no proper channel to go to obtain anything that small 
from NS
they simply don't want  to fool with it or you. But if you want to try I 
would go to the division
level signal supervisor. I have had luck in this area before. The best place 
to get his stuff is through second hand dealers ,scrap yards, Railroads 
shows and there are a lot of web sites dealing with signals that should be 
of some help.
