    Article in the N&Ws Magazine Feb 1932 puts the first Position Lights 
installed on the Shenandoah Div.
in 1925. The conversion to CPLs was started in 1959 best I can tell maybe a 
little earlier. Dwarfs were
converted starting 1964.
