CPL history lesson

One thing that hasn't been mentioned about PL & CPL signals is this; if for some reason a PL signal should get twisted the aspect of the signal could appear entirly different than what it was supposed to show because of the all yellow lenses. If a CPL were to get twisted in the same manner it woukd still show the green, yellow or red.
Just a thought.
