Go to mapquest.com and type in 6600 Viscoe Rd Radford VA 24141, switch to 
aerial images (upper right hand corner).  The rail line follows Viscoe Rd, 
the plant was where that plant is now.

You can also see where the bridge was shifted... there's a map in the 
archives of the proposal to do this work as well...  it was dated after the 
bridge and line were built.  If the plant was never used, then why bother to 
rebuild the bridge and do that work?

If you overlay the current aerial image with the propasal, it becomes clear 
some of the trackage was built.
