I should have known that, I just didn't look close enough at the reporting marks. 28 and 29 are still in the fleet and are normally reserved for use on OLS trains as they are equiped with the TVs for that type of operation.

  Actually, those are Norfolk Southern owned coaches NS 28 and NS 29, both former N&W cars.They were the only two coaches that NS did not sell off at their early 1995 auction in which they sold the majority of the cars used in the steam excursion program. As far as I know 28 and 29 are still on the NS roster for use on business trains.
