Is a honey bucket similar to a honey wagon ?   A
railroader once  told  a tale of honey wagons
staffed with city employees  plying the  alleys
of South Norfolk.  They'd service and lime  the
outdoor toilettes.  He also noted that  at 12 Noon,
they'd sit on the back of the honey wagon, 
and consume lunch . . . . . .without ever  washing
their hands.
