    Thanks to Jeff and Frank. I was hoping for some definative proof of what 
it was and how it was used.
    And yes, my wife is very thoughtful. The swivel chair that I am sitting 
in now is from the same antique dealer and is said to be from Mr.Claytor's 
office. I don't have any definative proof of that either, but, at least I 
have seen swivel chairs like this down at the old Shenandoah Division 
office.
    I do have a couple of conductors metal ticket boxes that were made at 
East End Shops.
