Pushing Work on Double Track

    Although the Norfolk and Western has cut off some of its train crews on account of the falling off of the coal business, work on the double tracking of the Radford division is being pushed with a much larger force. From Kimball Mine to Dry Branch the work is about complete, and it is expected trains will be running over that portion in about ten days. Work is now being pushed from Kimball to Lurich.

[Anyone know where Kimball Mine was?  Apparently it was along New River between Dry Branch and Lurich, VA.]
