Neon Sign Dimensions - Best Guess

I had a look at the MS live search maps but the resolution was not to hot, but I found out where I think the neon sign was located as the metal framework is still extant.

My guess is that it is about half the diameter of the turntable located at the western end of N&W's shops, which if the turntable was 100ft dia then the 54ft or so measurment for the neon sign would be about right. 54ft would also, in my opinion, fit with the 70-75ft length of the black NS locos sitting on the turntable spurs.

You have to look close you can just see the remains of the ironmogory located to the left hand side of the building in the centre of the picture.
