Wilson McClung's decal set #20-1 and #25, both available through the Commisary, cover most of what you'll need. Each set does tell you where to get additional data decals for the appropriate cars. 
 
The cars are a cream color rather than gray. Maybe Mr. Schlottober can provide some color assistance.
