BALDWIN CAPTURES TRAIN WRECKERS
------
Roanoke, VA -- A telegram was received today at the general offices of the Norfolk and Western from Detective Baldwin stating that he had captured the men who wrecked the Norfolk and Western passenger train near Greenville, on the night of December 9, 1902, in which Engineer Wesley Bailey was killed.
It will be recalled that the plates had been removed, and it was stated at the time that a rail had been taken up, which caused the wreck.
Detective Baldwin has been hard at work on the case ever since, and he deserves not a little credit for his success.

[Presumably this Greenville is Greenville, VA on the Shenandoah Division.]
