Traveling over the track on the Rt. 91 bridge in Glade Spring the other 
day, I noticed what I would call a "shoo-fly" still exists as you look 
west. Back in 1989 I shot 1218 negotiating that alignment and wondered what 
the history of it was. Anyone care to give the story on this?
