New NS hoppers

Nope!  They look to be aluminum, at least on the inside, which was not painted except for overspray on top.

  I caught a cut of new hoppers made by RailCar America in Williamson Yard last week.  Here's a photo of them.  I was wondering when they started building the black manual dump hoppers like this again.
