Why is no one equally concerned about the scrapping (two p's) of the last RS11?

  We really don't know for certain who ordered the scraping of the final FM. What we do have are stories from people's memories who told others, who maybe added opinions, etc. I have heard the same story but with a different name! Not knowing for sure if the tale I have heard is true, I have stayed silent.
