Famous Gas Suit Against Rogers Settled

    Boston, Jan. 31--The suit of the receivers of the Bay State Gas Company of Delaware against Henry H. Rogers in connection with the ownership of stock in the Boston Gas Co., was settled today by Rogers by agreeing to pay the receiver one million five hundred thousand dollars.
