Nice pictures, but I don't think he has identified either train correctly. Should be no head end cars on #25 at this date, and that is too much head end for #4 at this date. Also, he refers to the 1946 streamline cars on the Arrow. In 46, they used the 1941 cars, but by date of photo (1952) the 1949 cars would be in service. There were no 1946 cars.   Jim Nichols
