HO Pass Decal Use

Howdy Friends

Can the new Passenger Decals #HO123 mentioned in the last _Arrow_ insert 
be also used for heavyweight cars?  They are listed as for use on the 
streamlined cars, but looking at the photos, they might work.

Greatly appreciated the advice.
