Abingdon Branch in O Scale

The original Abingdon Branch extended to Elkton/Todd on the New River, there
was a turntable at this location for turning the locomotives, adding or
substituting Todd would make you consider a time period no later than the
early 1930's since service between West Jefferson and Elkland was
discontinued in 1933.

There was never a turntable at West Jefferson; there was a wye. I think at
one time there was a 60 foot turntable at White Top for turning pushers.
