 Norris,    In case you didn't already know,  there will be a press
announcement at Kemper St. Station this afternoon at 4:00 PM.    I
believe Gov. Kaine and a delegation from NS will be there.  Wick
Moorman and Debbie Butler (my wife Sally's college buddy)  and two
others from NS are flying in from Norfolk and will be in Lynchburg
about an hour.  Please spread the word.     Thanks,   Bob L.
