On the inside cover of the April Railfan & Railroad  magazine, there is an 
advertisment for TLC Publishing announcing a book on the  Powhatan Arrow.  
Will the Commissary be offering this?  Also on the  same page, there is an 
announcement for the N&W Magnificent Mallets, the Y  Class 2-8-8-2.  I realize 
they have promised this book since 2003, but if  it is published and 
released this spring, will the Commissary carry it and  honor those who reserved 
it back in 2003?
