Western Union Will String Wires Along Virginian Railway

    The Western Union Telegraph Co. has entered into contract with the Virginian Railway for the establishment of a commercial line along all the more prominent cities and towns bordering on the Virginian system.  This will not affect the present telephone system used in the operation of trains on the Virginian line.
