With out a doubt taken from the Weigand Road overpass in the middle of Dix center siding. Just west of Ashville, OH on the Columbus Dist.

Does anyone have thoughts about where the photo in eBay 360170940137 was taken?  It looks like it is from an interlocking tower.  Also, it appears to be pulling loaded VGN hopper cars.
