Thanks for posting that. For those who haven't looked, it's a scan of the
entire book including the end plates. The book languished in UC Berkeley's
engineering library without being checked out from 1949 to 1963. The ad
pages in the back of the book are interesting too; the George R. Fuller
Company apparently thought that locomotive engineers were a target market
for their "Walkeasy" artificial legs.
