Instead of the $100,000,000 which outsiders estimated as a conservative figure, for the amount of the Rogers estate, the executors have estimated it at something under $36,606,900.  The heavy cost of the Virginian Railway drained his resurces.  The inheritance tax was paid yesterday, the last day under the law.
