A bank panic started on Oct 22, 1907 which was largely eased by Nov 4, 1907,
however it gave rise to a general depression that started around Dec 17,
1907 and lasted through 1908 and into 1909. Industries recovered in 1909
but were hit by another mild depression in 1910.
