I Googled RTEX Locomotive Services.  They are an equipment rebuilder 
located in Social Circle, GA. A link to www.rrpicturesarchives.net has 
photo album showing the 4005 and the 97 before repainting and a story about 
the Great Walton Covington Branch RR.
