Wreck Near Salem
A freight wreck that piled up a number of jumbo cars occurred between Singer and Glenvar, just west of Salem, Va., yesterday afternoon. Passenger train No. 3 was delayed for several hours on account of the wreck.
Delayed Traffic
A freight wreck on the Clinch Valley delayed traffic somewhat yesterday. A number of cars were derailed and damaged.
Freight Cars Derailed
A derailment occurred yesterday morning on Maybeury hill in which fourteen cars figured. No one was hurt.
Many Excursionists
One hundred and forty-three left on the excursion to Richmond and Norfolk yesterday.
