Section Foremen in City
    Thirty-five section foremen from the Radford division of the Norfolk and Western arrived in the city last night and registered at the Altamont hotel.  This morning they will leave on an inspection train for a trip over the Radford division.  The men are in charge of Roadmaster Foley, of Roanoke, and will spend the greater part of today looking over the Radford division east of this city.  The next day they will go over the Bristol division and then they will spend Friday going over the North Carolina branches.  Mr. Foley said last night that he thinks the annual inspection trip is a great help to the men, as it gets them together and the men get new ideas and hear friendly [??]criticism of their work which cannot help but assist them.
