Gentlemen,

Due to the recent volcanic activity in Iceland and the ensuing air travel chaos, all freight from the USA to the UK that has been despatched for carriage by air is being delayed somewhat.

I have two binders ordered from TRAINS magazine and they have not yet turned up despite being ordered some weeks ago. Until the air freight backlog is cleared I think patience is the best policy. I'd give it another couple of weeks anyway.
