Subject: SAND TOWER

I haven't heard back from the modeling list guys but if anybody has any idea of 
how N&W painted sand towers in the '50s I'd really appreciate some guidance.  
The only photo I've been able to find is in Jim Nichols' book on p 49 and it 
looks like a dark color vs. the silver color on the cover of the kit box.
