Mr. Shockley,
  Do you think that we at NS just woke up one morning and decided to dig out our tunnels? No, it came after years of research. Do you have proof that the integrity of our tunnles have been comprimised? Have you ever walked through any of these tunnels and seen the condition of the original liners? I have. Just because it ain't pretty does not mean it is not sound!  Gary Price
