Business Train

NS 952 with all four F units and 13 business cars is destined for Norfolk. It's passengers are going to Norfolk Int'l Terminals, presumably as part of the Heartland Corridor Project. As of 1310 hours the train is in Crewe.

A business train just pulled out of the Roanoke station (OWL Museum) heading east after picking up some suits. It consists of about a dozen passenger cars, all in NS livery, led by the four F units. 

What's the background on this train? Track "inspection?" Some sort of meeting in Norfolk?
