Pullman to Charleston
    It is officially announced that commencing April 23rd the Norfolk and Western Pullman car which now runs from Bluefield to Kenova, and from there to Columbus, will be picked up by Chesapeake and Ohio trains 13 and 14 and carried to and from Kenova and Charleston over the latter road.  The train will arrive at Charleston at 7:33 a.m. and leave there at 6:45 p.m.  This plan was proposed some months ago but for some reason fell through.  The new management will be welcomed by those having business at the capital city.
