C&O 614 to VMT

I remember seeing one account that included "commercial" but couldn't find  
it again, so I didn't cite it.  The other version had no qualifiers.   We 
all know the correct version, I recommend we go into "holiday spirit" mode at 
 this point.

If I remember correctly, the key word was  "Commercially". In as much as 
the N&W didn't sell locos "commercially", I  believe the original statement 
should be interpreted as  accurate.
