Work on New Station
    The preparations for building the new station are going on rapidly and within the next week or two actual work on the station will be begun.  The old station has been divided into two parts, the freight department having been separate from the passenger department, and the freight part railroaded quite a distance east.  The passenger department will also be moved to the east, in order to make room for the new station, which will occupy practically the site of the present station.  To this end the main track is also being moved nearer Elkhorn creek, and the work of filling in the right-of-way with dirt and cinders still continues.
