Train Runs Into Sheep
Sunday morning on the Clinch Valley division of the Norfolk and Western, freight No. 84 ran into a drove of sheep near Bull Mountain tunnel. Quite a number of the sheep were killed. No damage resulted to the train, although the accident of running into a drove of sheep is greatly feared by trainmen.

Likes Bluefield's Looks
A lady from the east who has been visiting in St. Paul, and who was on her return trip, stopping over in this city for a while Sunday, said that Bluefield had a nicer looking railroad frontage, more business-like and more attractive, than any city which she had passed through.

Improving Rapidly
Robert Hearn of Graham, who suffered a severe injury in a railway accident recently and who is now recovering from the injury at St. Luke's Hospital, is so much improved that it is thought he will be able to get out upon crutches today or tomorrow.
